Beverly J. (Wertz) Green

Beverly J. (Wertz) Green, 82, of Deland, Fla., formerly of Bellwood, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, April 26, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones. She was the daughter of the late Robert Wertz and Hazel (Garland) Morgan. She is survived by three daughters, Andrea (Kit) Stapleton of Warrenton, Va., Carla Keith of Osceola Mills, and Lisa Stouffer of Deland, Fla.; four grandchildren, Michelle, Andrew, Nicole and Danielle; several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Richard (Nancy) Wertz of Beaver; Robert (Roxanne) Wertz of Altoona; a sister, Cathy (Wayne) Stapleton of Bellwood; nieces and nephew, Jen, Joanna, Heather, Holly, Bob, Crystal, Amanda and Beth; and many lifelong friends considered as her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marlin F. Green; and many beloved dogs and cats. Bev enjoyed rescuing animals, spending time outdoors, and especially being with her family and
friends. She was fiercely loyal and loved by her family and will be greatly missed. A graveside memorial service and inurnment will be held at Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood, at a later announced date.
