Brad was an avid fan of Star Trek so perhaps the best starting point in celebrating his life is to recall his arrival on planet Earth at Fairbanks, Alaska, August 30, 1963. As the youngest son in a military family, Brad found his way to Titusville via a circuitous route through Maryland, Florida, Georgia, Texas and back to Florida. How appropriate for a Trekkie!
After graduating from Astronaut High School he joined the Army and later attended cabinet making school. He found the love of his life, Karen, at a Star Trek convention where he was staffing a booth. Their love story is filled with lots of Dachshunds, many trips to the Smokey and Blue Ridge Mountains, and wonderful adventures throughout Florida. They shared meals at their favorite restaurants and movies at local theaters. Brad always had a friendly word for a stranger and enjoyed spending time with nieces and nephews. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.
