Cory Edward Crow

Cory Edward Crow, age 31, passed away on January 24, 2026.

Born on October 17, 1994, and raised in DeLand, Florida, Cory was known by everyone who met him as one of the kindest people you could ever know. Growing up, he loved playing baseball, a passion that reflected both his competitive spirit and his love for being part of a team.

Cory was absolutely hilarious and had a special way of making people laugh when they needed it most. He was generous to his core — the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation. His heart for others, his humor, and his loyalty left a lasting impression on everyone blessed to know him.

He is survived by his parents, Carl and Melinda Crow, and bonus mom, Kim Crow; his sisters, Tiffany Handyside (husband Philip) and Brittany Longshore (husband Anthony); his bonus sisters, Emily Souza and Lili Souza; and his bonus brother, Jimmy Souza.

He is also survived by his nieces, Eloise Handyside, Ava Longshore, and Lydia Longshore; and his nephews, Jadon Longshore, Brody Longshore, and Alistair Handyside.

Cory is lovingly remembered by his grandparents, Patricia McCoy, Stan Crow, Barbara Hopkins, and Mel Hopkins, and by the many loving friends whose lives he touched.

Though his life was far too short, Cory’s impact will be felt forever by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
