Eugene Clisson, 81, of DeLand, passed away peacefully and was in “wow” of what he saw. Born in 1944, he spent much of his life in Syracuse, New York before relocating to Florida in 2006.
Eugene dedicated his career to the insulation industry, working as an Asbestos worker and later serving as a business agent in the Local 30.
Eugene was a devoted family man. He shared 59 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Bonnie, whose companionship and love were the foundation of his life. He was a proud and loving father to his sons, Chris(Kate Leas), Craig, and Patrick Clisson, and his daughter, Kathy. Eugene also leaves behind his brother Joe, six grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews.
He enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, and spending time with his family. Eugene’s presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
