Frederick Milton Rossie

Frederick Milton Rossie, age 84, of DeLand, Florida, passed away on June 5, 2026, in DeLand.

Born on September 12, 1941, in Hollywood, Florida, Frederick spent his early years in South Florida before relocating from Fort Lauderdale to DeLand in 1971. He made DeLand his home for more than 55 years.

Frederick worked for many years as a water plant operator, dedicating his career to providing an essential service to the community. Later, He enjoyed working at Scotty's Hardware.  He was known for his strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to his profession.

On June 20, 1959, Frederick married Nelda Holt, and together they shared 66 years of marriage. Their lifelong partnership was built on love, devotion, and enduring companionship.

Frederick will be remembered for his quiet strength, dedication to his work, and the life he built in DeLand. His memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
