Irvin Gottlieb Kettler – June 21, 1941-March 25, 2024. Son of the late Irvin G. Kettler, Sr. and Evelyn Kettler, Irv was a native of Baltimore, MD, the oldest of seven children. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Paula; 3 children-Kevin, Alicia, and Amanda; 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters-Victoria, Cindy, and Debbie; and many nieces and nephews.
Irv attained a BS and MBA from Washington University and Shippensburg University. He enjoyed careers as an Industrial Engineer and Insurance Agent. His most distinguished career achievement was as a Major in the US Army serving in Asia and the US. Even after retiring from Active Duty after 35 years, he continued to work for the Army in a civilian capacity.
Irv will always be remembered by his friends and family as an outgoing, hard-working man who was known for his generous spirit.
Private funeral services will be held followed by burial at the VA Cemetery at Cape Canaveral, FL.
