Jay Stanley Cowart

Jay Stanley Cowart, 50, of Seville, Florida passed on June 27th, 2025. He was born in Daytona Beach on September 10, 1974, and graduated from Taylor High School in 1992.

He was an electrician/maintenance technician by trade. He loved hunting, fishing, boating and just having a good time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Stanley Cowart and Christine Kirby, his grandparents Oliver and Alma Cowart, Evelyn Robbins, Veryl Gamble, and Uncle Gary Cowart. 

He is survived by his wife Jennifer Cowart and daughter his pride and joy Cheyenne Cowart and stepson McCoy Kennedy, two brothers Shane(Catherine) and Travis(Mary Kathryn) Cowart, nieces Mckinley Cowart (Lawton Dixon), Samantha Alfano and  Great nephews Weston Dixon, Charles Alfano. Also survived by many aunts and uncles.

A service will be held Saturday, July 12th at 10 am at First Baptist Church of Seville. A Celebration of Life will be held right after the service at the Cowart residence at 1320 McGlon Rd. Pierson, FL 32180.
