JoAnn Tobin

JoAnn Tobin 75 of Port Orange passed away on April 24, 2021 surrounded by her beloved family. She and her twin sister were born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 21, 1945 to Robert L. and Etta Jo Booth. JoAnn worked for 20 years as a LPN at Port Orange Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She loved going on cruises, crafts and being with her family and friends. On December 29, 1979 she married the love of her life, Thomas R. Tobin. She attended Port Orange Presbyterian Church. JoAnn was predeceased by her parents Robert L. Booth and Etta Jo Booth, her brother Robert A. Booth and her husband Thomas Tobin. She is survived by her sons Bobby Lee Jones and Brian Jones Westover; sisters Jeanette M. Bray, her loving twin, Kerry E. Seitel and Scherry Matthews; two grandsons, Brandon Jones and Cody Jones, and her beloved dog Reilly.
