John Henry Jones, Jr.

John Henry Jones, Jr. 88 of DeLand passed away September 26, 2025 at AdventHeath DeLand. He was born in Miami on September 6, 1937 and was an union insulator. John served in the United States Army. He enjoyed trout fishing, photography, and building clocks and computers. John was predeceased by his wife Elsie and son Ralph. Survivors include sons Michael A. Jones (Lori) and Johnny Dean Jones; step-grandchildren Jessica Anderson, Jessica Sewell, Stephanie Thompson and Michelle Davis; daughter in law Kathy, brother Larry Jones and many nieces and nephews. John was laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
