Joe is survived by his beloved sister, Tabitha Cartagena. They shared a strong bond and created cherished memories together.

Described as funny, smart, and kind, Joe's warm and caring nature left a lasting impact on the lives of those he encountered. He was always ready to lend a helping hand and never hesitated to offer his support when needed.

A devout Christian, Joe's faith played an integral role in his life. He found solace and strength through his spiritual beliefs.
