Manuela Soto Velazquez 80 of Las Piedras, Puerto Rico passed away January 1, 2026 at AdventHealth Fish Memorial. She was born on January 1, 1946 in Humacao, Puerto Rico. Manuela was a medical secretary & loved to watch Caso Cerrado. She is predeceased by her son Miguel De Leon and Grandson Lebny De Leon but survived by her children Rosa Nelly De Leon and Lymaris De Leon and grandchildren Robert, Alanis, Rosiangelik, Dalbi Miguel, Miguelito, Melanie, Dalmarylis, Emily and Lillianie. Visitation will be held from 12-2pm, with the funeral service at 2pm both on Friday, January 9th at the Allen-Summerhill Funeral Home in Orange City. Burial will follow at Hollywood Cemetery in Orange City.
