Maynard Henry Curtis

Maynard Henry Curtis, age 90, of DeLand, Florida, passed away on December 20, 2025. He was born on September 10, 1935, in Rumford, Maine, to the late Archie Gerald Curtis and Margaret Leah Atwater.

Maynard spent most of his working life as a computer database administrator. He proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1958 to 1964 as a Preventative Medicine Specialist.

He is survived by his daughter, Linda Jean Curtis Lyon (Cecil), his granddaughter Riley Lyon, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Maynard was predeceased by and is now reunited with his beloved wife, Marilyn F. Curtis; their son, Gregory H. Curtis; and his two sisters, Barbara and Beverly.

Maynard’s legacy is carried forward by the family he loved and served.
