Ola Bell Purvis March 9, 1935 – March 20, 2025 Ola Bell Purvis, 90, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2025. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years and her grandson, Chad Purvis. Ola was a devoted Christian woman who lived her life with faith, love, and kindness. She deeply cherished her family and found great joy in spending time with them. She had a passion for traveling, especially going on cruises, where she made countless memories. She also loved seafood and never passed up the opportunity to enjoy a good meal with her loved ones. She is survived by her three children: Angela Klimberg (Stuart), Don Purvis, and Dan Purvis (Susie). She was a proud grandmother to Justin Haynes (Debbie), Holly Shelton (Brett), David Purvis (Kim), and Selina Cross. Her love extended to her eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, all of whom brought her immense joy. Ola is also survived by her four sisters and one brother, who will continue to cherish her memory. Her faith in God, kind spirit, and unwavering love for her family will be dearly missed but will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. A viewing will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM at The Church of God of Prophecy, 4721 Dundee Ave, DeLeon Springs. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you take a moment to cherish time with your loved ones, just as Ola always did.
