Pearl (Stone) Braddock

Pearl Braddock, 98 of DeLand went home to be with the Lord on March 4, 2025. She was born in De Leon, Texas on October 3, 1927 and moved to DeLand in 1947. Pearl was a life long active member of Calvary Baptist Church, where she was also the church secretary. She taught Sunday school to countless children, sang in the choir, and was a member of the Ladies Prayer Group. Pearl was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Connie. She is survived by her sons Ross Braddock (Susie), Dennis Braddock, and Bruce Braddock; her daughter Colleen Culbertson (Michael); 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th at 11am at Allen-Summerhill Memorial Chapel in DeLand, with the family receiving friends from 10-11am prior to the service. A private interment will be at DeLand Memorial Gardens.
