Richard "Dick" Vincent Carlson

Richard “Dick” Carlson, 84, passed away peacefully on the morning of Feb, 2nd 2026 surrounded by the love of his family.  

He is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 60 years, Lynda, his three children Jay (sp. Amanda), Krista, and Anne (sp. Don), and 9 grandchildren Zack, Sydney, Emma, Jack, Ella, Zane, Brady, Anna, and Reese, who affectionately called him “Bumpa”.  

Dick enjoyed a successful 35-year career in the home furnishings industry as a sales representative, where he was widely respected for his integrity, strong work ethic, and lasting relationships.  He was trusted not only for his experience, but for the one-of-a kind person he was.  

Known for his quick wit, easy smile, and warmth, Dick had a natural ability to connect with others.  He also had a lifelong love of golf where he enjoyed camaraderie, competition, and time spent with friends and family.  Above all, he was a devoted husband and loving father who cherished his family.  

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
