Ronald L Saylor, a long time Orange City resident passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love. After retiring from the Navy, a Vietnam Vet, he and his family moved to Orange City. He gave his time to the Community thru working with Cub Scout pack 544, Boy Scout troop 544, Little League, American Legion and as an Orange City Councilman. His commitment to his community was unwavering. He is survived by his 3 children Lynnette Wilham, Melanie Molinari (Greg), Jeff Saylor (Heather). His pride and joy were his 10 Grandchildren and 11 Great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothy. His parents Otto and Esther, along with his siblings Eddie and Mildred. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 21st from 6-8pm at Allen-Summerhill Funeral Home in Orange City. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 22nd at 11am at Allen-Summerhill Funeral Home in Orange City. Burial with military honors will follow at Hollywood Cemetery in Orange City.
