Terry R. Gamble

Terry R. Gamble, 65 of Pierson passed away on November 13, 2024 at his residence. He was born in DeLand on February 9, 1959 to Alvin and Janet Bass Gamble. Terry grew up in Seville and worked in various occupations through the years including being a truck driver, a diesel mechanic, a Snap-On dealer, a foreman for Cline Construction and he operated a lawn care maintenance company. Terry loved to tinker and could fix anything. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and going to the beach. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and fur babies. Terry had a deep faith and love for Jesus. Terry was predeceased by his parents, Alvin and Janet Gamble; his wife Robyn Tollison Gamble; step son JJ Curry and step great-granddaughter Lilith Szczeigel. Survivors include his siblings Donya Gamble Cummings (Chuck) and Staci Gamble Lewis (Raymond); his son Ronald Gamble; his step children Bridget Johnson Cumbie (Kenneth), Kristin Johnson (Billy Jones) and Jennifer Johnson Thrift (Mike); grandchildren Brandon Elam, Cody Elam (Cassedy) and Randy Gamble; step grandchildren Chelsea Miller Winford (Parker), Joseph Steadman, Kenneth Steadman, Justin Heffington, Cole Cumbie, Nick Cumbie, Caden Thrift, and Logan Thrift; great-grandchildren Mark Elam and Aliyah Gamble; step great-grandchildren Tesla Halliday and Parker Winford. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, February 9th at the Fellowship Hall of First Baptist Church of Seville. Food and fellowship will be from 1-2pm and the Celebration at 2pm.
