Timothy Robert Fiedler

Timothy Robert Fiedler, 40 of DeLand passed away at his residence on
January 30, 2012. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky on January 19, 1972
and came to DeLand from Ridgefield, Connecticut in 1988. Timothy was a
graduate of Father Lopez High School. In 1994, he graduated from King
College in Bristol, TN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and
Chemistry.
While at King College, Timothy was a Presidential academic
scholarship recipient, President of the Health Science Club, Student
Government Association Treasurer and in the summer of 1989, was a
participant in the European study abroad program. Timothy earned his
Juris
Doctor, Cum Laude from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in
Birmingham, AL in 2000. Timothy was a Cumberland Law Review and American
Journal of Trial Advocacy invitee, negotiation team Assistant Director,
Trial team member, Decedents, Estates and Trusts scholar of merit, Legal
Research and writing merit award recipient, Dean's scholarship and trial
team scholarship recipient. He was admitted to the State of Florida Bar
in
2000. Other bar admissions include District of Columbia, U.S. District
Court, Middle District of Florida and U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Middle
District
of Florida. Timothy was a member of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in
DeLand,
The American Bar Association, American Association for Justice,
Volusia-Flagler Chapter of American Inn of Court,
The Rotary Club and Alabama Organ Center and Donate Life America
Volunteer. Timothy was associated with the Law Office of Laurie W.
Fiedler
in Wayne, NJ, where he was a legal assistant, Hogan, Smith & Alspaugh,
P.C. in Birmingham, AL, where he was a law clerk, Biernacki & Bauer,
P.A.
in DeLand, where he was an associate, Bauer & Fiedler, P.A. in DeLand,
where he was an owner/partner, Fogle & Fiedler, PLLC in DeLand, where he
was owner/managing member and Beasley, Allen, Crow, Methvin, Portis &
Miles, P.C. in Montgomery, AL, where he was an associate in the consumer
fraud division. He is survived by his parents Alfred and Barbara Fiedler> of DeLand, son William Robert Fiedler of Montgomery, AL, brother Alan
Wayne Fiedler of Wayne, NJ and sister Lydia Ruth Tchividjian of
Forrest, VA.
