William worked as an upholster. He was a Methodist and attended churches in DeLeon Springs and Crescent City. He is survived by sons Gary A. Brown of New Smyrna Beach and Randy Brown of Long Island, NY; brother Richard Brown of Clearwater, FL and sister Sandra Fluery of Claremont, NH.
