William A. Johnson, 88, of DeLeon Springs, Florida left this world and went to paradise on June 13, 2026, with his faithful wife of 62 years close by. Born on June 1st, 1938, in DeLeon Springs, Florida to Folke Ellis Johnson and Doris Oletta Johnson.

Bill served in the Air Force for four years and retired after working for the U.S. Postal Service for 35 years, an active member of the North Boulevard Church of Christ and was a cattleman heavily involved with The Volusia County Fair and Youth Show for many years.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a visitation on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Allen-Summerhill Memorial Chapel, 126 E. New York Avenue, DeLand, Florida 32724.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at North Boulevard Church of Christ, 823 N. Woodland Boulevard, DeLand, Florida 32720.
